Sharing Mindfulness with the Rotary Club of Nashik

I recently had the honor of delivering a guest lecture on "The Importance of Meditation" to a group of 17 enthusiastic individuals at the Rotary Club of Nashik. The event was a wonderful opportunity to share the benefits of mindfulness and its impact on our well-being.

The session sparked a lively question and answer session, where we explored topics like mindful thinking, mobile addiction, and the alarming rise in children's suicide cases. It was heartening to see the audience engaged and invested in finding solutions.

The discussion highlighted the need for mindfulness practices in our daily lives, especially in today's fast-paced world. We touched on strategies to cultivate mindful thinking, break free from mobile addiction, and support young minds struggling with mental health.

I'm grateful to the Rotary Club of Nashik for inviting me to share my insights and learn from the participants. The energy and curiosity of the group made the session truly enriching. 🙏
